For your convenience, SHA offers residents access to a secure online service called Assistant Connect. 

This service allows your to view information about your assistance, contact us directly, and update your case file, any-time of the day or night, saving you the time and trouble it takes come into the office or contact us by phone.     

Services offered on Assistance Connect:  

 -Update your contact information  

 -Add, edit and remove family members, income, assets, and expenses   

-View and Print documents   

-Send secure message to us     

​In order to use Assistance Connect you first have to create an online account at www.assistancecheck.com. 

Then click 'Create a tenant account' and use the PIN number provided by SHA.
