This service allows your to view information about your assistance, contact us directly, and update your case file, any-time of the day or night, saving you the time and trouble it takes come into the office or contact us by phone.

-Update your contact information
-Add, edit and remove family members, income, assets, and expenses
-View and Print documents
-Send secure message to us
In order to use Assistance Connect you first have to create an online account at www.assistancecheck.com.
Then click 'Create a tenant account' and use the PIN number provided by SHA.
