Preservation Park is an Elderly/Disabled Project-Based Section 8 Property owned by Coolidge & Cullinane Apartment Assoc. managed by the Somersworth Housing Authority.
Located at 163, 185, 195 Main St., Somersworth, NH. There are 26 one-bedroom units (three are handicapped accessible).
The units are spread out across three buildings (two are connected).
The 2-storied brick building houses units addressed as 163 Main St and 185 Main St. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on both floors. Keyed mailboxes are located on the first floor.
There is a trash shed, used for trash disposal and recycling, located on the outside of the building. The 185 Main St. building has a security entry system so the units that do not have direct access can select who is able to enter the building through the community room door that is linked through your phone line.
The other building (the white house) is addressed 195 Main St. and it has four units. The residents here have access to the brick building to do laundry and use the community room. They have mailboxes on the bottom floor of the building.
All utilities are included and Comcast/Xfinity extended basic package is discounted (under $50/month).
Rent is based on income (30% of monthly adjusted income).
Pet policy allows for one small dog or one cat with pet deposit.
