Charpentier Apartments is a property with 49 one-bedroom units (Three are handicapped equipped.) Centrally located lobby elevator access to the ground floor, 2nd & 3rd floors.

Located at 28 Franklin St., Somersworth, NH.    

It is a secure building with coded entry keypad and door-phone system that allows residents to open door via phone. 

Maintenance services are available and maintain the grounds.    

​Individual unit-assigned mailboxes in the brightly lit lobby.  Sunny sitting area on third floor level. Large community room on site. Coin-operated laundry on the first floor/community room.    

All utilities are included and Comcast/Xfinity extended basic package is discounted (under $50/month).
