Most units are town-house design, with upper and lower levels with no basements.

All utilities are included along with a washer/dryer in each unit for use.

Rent is based on income (30% of monthly adjusted income).

Pet policy allows for one cat with pet deposit.

The Somersworth Housing Authority is closing the waiting lists for the following:

· Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program;

· 1 bedroom; 2 bedroom; and 4 bedroom units for rental assistance.
